h333 Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and h333 ("h333", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the h333 platform, including all sports betting, casino games, and related services available at https://h333.one ("Platform").

By accessing the h333 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with h333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

h333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of h333 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to h333 and participation in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. h333 strictly prohibits access by minors. If h333 determines that an account holder is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be retained pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in betting and gaming activities on h333 is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your specific jurisdiction. h333 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for verifying the legality of their participation.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of h333, or a person otherwise prohibited from registering by applicable law or h333's internal policies.

h333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of h333, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate;
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited;
• Not register an account on behalf of, or for use by, any other person;
• Not use false identification documents or misrepresent your identity or age.

h333 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as part of the account and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. h333 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable period.

h333 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that eligibility conditions have not been met.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h333 username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Use a strong, unique password for your h333 account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which h333 strongly recommends;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify h333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

h333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. h333 staff will never request your password. Any communication purporting to come from h333 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: h333 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are specified in the h333 Cashier section. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible, and always to a method registered in your own name. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. h333 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawals. Typical processing times are 1–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to h333 approval.

Currency: All transactions on h333 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.

Refused Transactions: h333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. h333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Inactive Accounts: h333 may apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, as specified in the h333 Cashier terms. You will receive notice before any fee is applied.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting on h333 is subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published in the h333 Sportsbook Help section. Key general betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, subject to h333's right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred;
• h333 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at its discretion;
• Bets placed after an event has commenced on pre-match markets may be voided at h333's discretion;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, h333's decision shall be final and binding;
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time, including during play, at h333's discretion;
• Winnings on voided bets are returned as a stake refund to your h333 balance.

7. Casino Rules

All casino games available on h333 — including live casino, RNG table games, slots, crash games, Star Fishing, and West Hunter Bingo — are subject to the following rules:

• Game outcomes in RNG games are determined by certified Random Number Generator software and are independent of all external factors including bet size and prior results;
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical dealing or mechanical processes and are not manipulated by h333;
• Technical malfunctions in any game void all plays and stakes are returned. h333 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control;
• h333 reserves the right to remove any game from the Platform or alter game parameters with reasonable notice where possible;
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is published within the game's information panel on h333.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

h333 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• h333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to exploiting errors in bonus terms or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per h333 account unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or providing false registration information;
• Using automated systems, bots, or any software to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Match-fixing or any conduct intended to corrupt sporting or gaming outcomes;
• Money laundering or using h333 for any illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or obvious pricing errors on h333;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening h333 staff or other platform users;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's h333 account;
• Providing access to your h333 account to a third party, including a minor.

10. Responsible Gaming

h333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players on its Platform. h333 offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and reduced immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits & Alerts: Players may set session time alerts to manage time spent on h333.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion from h333. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected period. Contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the h333 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the intellectual property of h333 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any h333 content without prior written consent from h333.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h333 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors outside h333's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet failures, and third-party service outages;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

h333's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Account Termination

h333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player has breached these Terms or any other h333 policy;
• h333 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• h333 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction;
• The account has been subject to a self-exclusion request by the player.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, h333 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where an account is closed by h333 without fault on the part of the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting h333 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to normal h333 rules.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the h333 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting h333 support at [email protected]. h333 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the h333 support process, h333 and the player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
